Cant make calls and send messages on my lumia 550 - Microsoft Community

cant access phone settings try , fix problem. phone wont connect phone line provider requires pin.  pin screen not appear or if locks when pin entered. phone keeps switching off when tiles touch. phone cha 

try , perform soft reset turn phone on press , hold volume down , power buttons until vibrates release them , restart let know how on
