can download windows 10 on lumia 640 phone , worth it? skype back?

this might sound stupid, lose contacts when/if download w10?

you may encounter issues downloading application if have incorrect settings on phone or microsoft account issue. suggest check if have correct time , date settings. if issue still persists, can visit link , follow steps provided if unable download application store.
