Array formula not calculating new value when pasted down the column - Microsoft Community

hi,

i have following formula needs calculated down 1mm rows in excel.  i can copy/paste calculation not update based on variables in each row.

=index(lt_purchase_all.csv!$a$2:$g$973872,match(1,(lt_purchase_all.csv!$b$2:$b$973872=cc3473)*(lt_purchase_all.csv!$a$2:$a$973872=i3473),0),7)

when paste, can see variables updating correctly down each row it's formula not being triggered re-calculate new value each row.  as of way can work manually copy/paste, place curser in formula box , manually click control+shift+enter.  it's not feasible me this volume of data.

does have solution or workaround?  thanks in advance!

an array formula on such large dataset slow down performance of system drastically.  should explore other options such power query/powerpivot.
