OneDrive For Business - Cannot Save Documents as i need to SignIn Each - Microsoft Community


hi everyone, 

i hoping can assist me. 

the login name of office365 exchange account changed , had update on office programs signing out , signing in correct account. working each time try access documents saved onedrive business account , try make changes, message sign in can seen below. after sign in still error each time. when open , office program on own create new document don't have issue until try save.  please help! 

error receive when trying save: 

if click ok, , complete credentials pops again. 

if click cancel cannot close document. 

i running windows 10 latest version. have run office365 updates , rebooted machine. 

please help.

as issue related open files in synced folder, can add steps:

1. open 1 of office applications, file>account>sign out existing account. 

2. same step onedrive mentioned above. 

3. in credential manager, remove microsoft , onedrive credentials. 

4. restart computer. sign office account. set onedrive business.
