suddenly, email message come mail account on nokia, attachment (pdf or jpg), cannot see attachment...could me?

hello,

there's possibility internet connection unstable or there's incorrect settings on phone. why you're unable see attachment on email. let's work out checking if it's stable or not. then, check account settings on phone see if it's set always download full message and internet images.

to check account settings, can follow steps provided below device operating system:

for windows 10 mobile:

1. open outlook mail app.
   
2. tap 3 dots or ellipsis button on lower right corner , select manage accounts.
   
3. tap email account , select change mailbox sync settings.
4. put check mark on box says always download full message , internet images.
5. click done , save.
   
6. exit app , re-open outlook mail (press , hold back button, swipe down app exit).

for windows phone 8:

1. open outlook app on device.
2. tap [...] icon in bottom right.
3. select settings.
4. scroll down , enable option always download full message , internet images.
5. select done option on bottom save changes.
6. exit app , re-open outlook.
