hi every 1 lumia 950 dual sim  phone stolen , when find there password tried remove till phone shut down make thehard reset nokia wps (three finger restart) several times not success can reopen it?

you can unlock or reopen phone if know microsoft account used on phone. clarify , provide appropriate troubleshooting, referring phone's lock screen password? best if can send photo or screenshot , don't forget remove personal information.
