when going solve problem of edge resetting itself?  getting pissed off now.

this *is* peer-to-peer volunteer-based international public web forum.  unlikely speak works microsoft direct, direct input in such things.

  

that said, issue having? 

this "edge resetting itself" thing many managed/utilized many systems have not experienced (that can described in manner have)... can , expand on specific issue see if others might identify going on?

which seems indicate people having issue restart of computer (or perhaps logging off/on) results in microsoft edge going defaults.

  

my initial response ask end user (you) create new local account on computer, log in , use account microsoft edge , configure it.  add bookmarks.  etc.  log off , restart computer , log in new user account: still problem?

  

next might suggest utilize different computer if possible.  log in, configure microsoft edge, etc.  log off, restart computer, log in , see if edge reset itself.

  

to me, sounds local account corruption and/or file/folder permissions issue has other symptoms end user may never see.  if local profile issue, creation , usage of new account should show that.  if permissions issue, show on users , may not simplest thing resolve (a clean installation fix - pretty extreme, albeit true solution resolve issue , others end-user may not know exist.
