can tell set primary storage on phone? if using internal memory primary storage, suggest reset phone. before resetting phone, remember stuff. refer links below:
-back stuff
-reset phone
if using sd card primary storage, suggest turn off phone , remove sd card. use sd card reader , plug computer.
1. open computer clicking start button, select computer.
2. right-click on sd card drive want check, choose properties.
3. click tools tab. under error-checking, click check now.
4. put check mark in "automatically fix file system errors" , "scan , attempt recovery of bad sectors" check boxes.
5. click start.
update result.
