have licence .but cant update  the ms office does'nt take

based on description, need confirm if try following steps update office:

1. open office program.

2. click file>select account.

3. click update option.

4. select update now.

 

if issue still exists, please provide following information?

1. office version , os version.

2. situation after select updating office. (including screenshot)

3. did install office, please provide link.
