i have give 100 options question of subject read, form not saving options after 70 number , pop red tag line error message

"please reduce number of question options or text in title/subtitle save changes."

can 1 on ?

based on test, it's not feasible create 100 choice options question in quiz. understand users may have requirement create quiz more 70 choice options question. suggest submit feedback via microsoft forms uservoice. best way let related team hear voice. feedback perfect our products , services.
