Getting error code 0x8024200d when trying to install Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

i having following update issues.  trying install windows 10 insider preview 17035.1000 (rs_prerlease) error code 0x8024200d.  

original subject: windows update
moved ( windows / windows 10 / windows update, recovery, & backup )

error code suggests system files damaged:
