Excel - Totalling time - Microsoft Community

please me!  frustrated scream.

i have spreadsheet totaling hours.  values not show in column.  yet, in previous column values show.  can see difference in formulas or settings.  copy cell cell that's not showing , still doesn't show.  @ bottom of columns have proof row verify time * 24.  verification time showing, not total time.  program seeing total, not showing it.
