Can't create folders option grayed out - Microsoft Community

i have client google account , o365 subscription looks option create folders in not active. imap folder management inactive. there timeframe when feature work? far sync options contacts , calendar icloud looks removed in outlook 2016 mac. available?

please provide screenshot of issue, , may know detailed version of outlook mac.

i suggest create on server , download folder outlook account.

 

as sync contacts , calendars icloud in outlook 2016 mac, it’s not available now, can try workaround:

1. drag contacts out of mac address book , drop onto desktop.

this creates single .vcf file on desktop.

2. right-click on file , choose open > microsoft outlook.

3. new contact window opens in outlook first address in .vcf file.

4. click save in contact window. outlook save it, , begins populating rest of contacts.
