Bluetooth Drivers - Microsoft Community

i have jabra cruiser 2 bluetooth device. how can obtain drivers lumina 640 (windows 8.1 o/s) operate it? have motorola bluetooth device have same problem. can't seem obtain drivers operate phone. 

if phone not detect bluetooth device not able use jabra device.

when @ devices in list, 640 noticeably absent

i might try contacting jabra support , ask them if supported

i assuming process used , if phone not see not work
