Two Microsoft Accounts - Microsoft Community

i have 2 interrelated problems:

my company uses microsoft 365 our email system.  on personal computer, mac, use @ office, subscribe office 365.  latest update of excel not seem work me in have updated @ least 10 times , continues indicate need update  excel software.  when tried reach microsoft support desk via website, microsoft tells me have company edition , should reach out company administrator.  company administrator has nothing personal office subscription.  cut off support office , continue have issue.  on both issues please.

1. go tools > disable add-ins , see whether problem disappears. if yes, enable them 1 one , see 1 culprit.

2. try updating mac os

3. try updating office again. solves many problems.

4. uninstall , install again option you? mean either have microsoft account or product key? if have, uninstall current installation completely. (if don't have, please not uninstall)
