red vertical lines appear on of pictures , videos when microsoft edge used. how removed?

this issue due incorrect/incompatible graphics card drivers installed on computer.

for better assist you, we'd know following:

  • confirm build installed on device. check, follow steps below:
  1. press windows key + r, type in winver.
  2. click ok.
  • were there recent changes made prior issue?
  • does issue occurs on microsoft edge? have tried using browser?
  • what make , model of device?

meanwhile, recommend updating display adapter's driver. refer steps below:

1. press windows key + r, type in devmgmt.msc , press enter.

2. expand display adapters category, right click graphics card , select update driver.

3. select search automatically updated driver software.

4. if windows doesn't find new driver, can try looking 1 on device manufacturer's website , follow instructions.
