i purchased microsoft .but,i can not open.it keeps saying need reactivate account.please help

you need activate office make sure you'll able use full function , make sure using genuine product. assist better, we'd ask if have microsoft account activate office. suggest follow steps in article. let activate on internet telephone , troubleshoot 1 experience activation errors.
