I cannot open Onenote aspx.mht file - Microsoft Community

cannot open onenote aspx.mht file. orginally onenote file , not have onenote folder. saved aspx.mht. using windows 10 , onenote 2016. please help.

a .mht file should opened after double click in internet explorer.
