Hope Someone can clear this up for me. - Microsoft Community

hello. hope can clear me. click on "discuss microsoft community site"

i see whole bunch of threads there. of them questions , of them discussions. i'm not sure should in section, seems should threads community.  there few threads community, there threads every thing else. there sections discussions , questions. if have question, thread should started in question section. if want have discussion, should start thread in discussion section. i'm new member here , confusing me. seems confusing new members.  i'm thinking new member posts thread in wrong place , don't need. can't forum. don't have answer this; have question this. here think needs corrected?

ps started similar thread , got locked. don't know about. thought helping forum better.

hello. see moderation request section, can request threads moved, , see members spend lot of time requesting threads other members moved, , request threads locked. made 1 request there , thread moved; i'm afraid late, , member has not replied yet. hope makes sense someone. think real problem , needs solution!
