i purchased account when try log in system tells me there isn't account associated it.

please help.

did error following picture shows?

if yes, reason don't have required office license when trying activate office. please sign in office 365 subscription page , make sure have been assigned license called "the latest desktop version of office". if not, please let office 365 admin assign "office 365 proplus" or "office 365 business" license you.
then, need sign in office licensed account activate it.

if above not scenario, please let me know
