i have unselected microsoft exchange system objects syncing, shown below
can direct on needs done permanent fix ?
hi aishwarya,
yes, you’re correct.
as know, there’s 1 solution resolve case.
- delete mailboxes on-premises using ems command: get-mailbox -monitoring | remove-mailbox
- manual sync using azure ps: start-adsyncsynccycle -policytype initial and wait online users deleted.
- then restart service 'msexchangehm' (health manager)
the health manager recreated health mailboxes not synced cloud.
i notice have performed #1 , #2. not sure if #3 been done.
thanks,
brook
