Forgot password and unable to retrieve password using account reset

hi all,

i check how proceed password retrieval.

i bought , installed office 2016 on 1 of users pc, during installation have created outlook.com account setup.

its been while , when doing inventory check, found have missed out on taking down password particular account.

so tried reset password, (1) cant remember details during account creation , (2) not using account emails,

i unable fill enough data retrieval form.

i have physical 25 key box me, how should proceed account?

i have tried failed re-link 25 key email.
