Fitbit app on windows 8 phone - Microsoft Community

my son getting fitbit christmas , trying install fitbit app on windows phone keeps telling me cannot install app due family settings.  cannot see family setting preventing me installing app.  have tried turning off restrictions , still doesn't work.  fitness tracking app fail see problem restrictions.  please help

some of things may affect how download apps in windows phone include poor internet connection, incorrect date , time settings, or incomplete information in microsoft account profile. if on legal age , being asked set family, date of birth might entered incorrectly microsoft account. sign in here , check date of birth. also, suggest please check article on how manage family settings.
