Filtering Based on Previous Column - Microsoft Community

i trying create uniform order sheet , having trouble filtering.  the simple filtering easy want bit more advanced.

there 2 sheets in workbook.  order , itemlist.  itemlist have 200 items broken down 12 main categories, sub-categories , forth.  the order sheet show 12 main categories, , user select sub-category , forth.

please @ itemlist.  in textbox - shows below attachment.

on order sheet [picture order or below], "coveralls" show "unisex coverall (s - xl)" , "unisex coverall (2xl - 4xl)"

keeping example going - "order" sheet pull size based on category + item description.  the sku pull based on previous 3, , cost pull previous 4.

ideally, looking getting going - if works, should able rest on own.  it's been while since have had coding or fancy filtering.

note: windows other windows 7 pro (64-bit) office 2010 , 2013.

in cell c2 of order sheet, enter formula , copy down

=index('itemlist'!$c$2:$c$100,match(1,index(('itemlist'!$a$2:$a$100=$a2)*('itemlist'!$a$2:$a$100=$b2),,),0),1)
