Excel Online - copy and paste to excel 7 - Microsoft Community

i want copy xlsx. (excel online) data , paste xls.  (old excel). there no way save worksheet xls.

i 6 col x 20 rows until recently, control c control v .   more corrupt information, formatting, etc.  no copying @ all.
