Error 80073D0D - Windows 10 Mobile - Microsoft Community

hello,

i error code 80073d0d every time try install viber app on lumia 640 xl lte. tried powering off, installing on msd card, on phone, soft reset , without msd card, hard reset , reinstalling again, windows 10 mobile apps, error persists. can please help?? 

i running latest official update of w10m phone -1703, os build 15063.728. version 1709 not supported on phone, according microsoft.

the error code 80073d0d relates having issue in accessing disk program being written to. since issue remains unresolved after performing hard reset , installing software update, advise phone, reset phone software using recovery tool time. more detailed information, can refer windows device recovery tool: faq.

your phone reset factory default status upon using tool. installation process delete content on phone including apps, texts, , photos. avoid losing important files, recommend back files before using suggested tool.
