in phone have skype not being upgrate . app store can't download apps. seeing microsoft account. did microsoft account . seeing family set . . , how . plz tell me do.

family allows people add kids' account , restrict can/ cannot phone.

simply, tap started begin setup of family account. taken kid page can add kid's account. tap go. on next page, have sign in kid's microsoft login. if kid doesn’t have microsoft account, can go ahead , create account on screen.

once kid’s name has been added page, tap fix link below name , accept windows phone store terms of use. child able download apps , games windows store.

let know if need further on downloading app on phone.
