on old dumb phone; nokia 6300; put on welcome message. every time phone switch on there message:

if found, please call (02).....

just in case found phone.

is there way put welcome message on sister's lumia 520 , l550?

thing can think of can send message phone via find phone app set need logon microsoft account on phone , pc @ same time register phone via pc there can send message phone visible on lock screen don't know if message stay there or disappear once use phone try , see happens rgds roy
