After update Excel2016 - You do not have an appropriate license to use - Microsoft Community

os windows 10 v1607 x64. after update excel 2016 version 1707 build 8326.2062 click-to-run, add-in can't not run more. error "you not have appropriate license use functionality".

what matter? add-in runs before update!

anybody knows how fix? or how degrade/remove excel update? in advance.

exact error message "error 429 - not have appropriate license use functionality."? if yes, have happen when launch frx, software product used financial reporting , analysis small mid-sized organizations, while computer has number of frx versions installed. please click here , find resolution fix issue.
