950 XL no longer charging / connecting properly - Microsoft Community

as plug in usb c connection (including microsoft charger, usb connection computer, etc.), 950 xl either: freezes / goes death spiral of trying restart / ignores connection / occasionally charges (but unpredictable). has been happening since last update. have changed batteries, removed / changed sim cards , sd cards - still same. once remove usb c connection, phone works fine (if charged...). have suggestions? thanks!

got it, baschi. if tried using compatible cable connect lumia 950 xl pc, it's more of hardware issue. it's best contact b2x support further assistance. through them, click b2x customer care.

let know if have other concerns.
