i'm not able delete old offline maps of karnataka/goa region of india. pls , tell how download again.

hello,

this due incorrect settings, insufficient storage space, etc. let's sorted out providing following information:

  • what's os build installed on phone? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
  • when did issue start?
  • does changing storage of offline maps phone memory make difference?
  • have tried restarting phone or performing soft reset? soft reset, press , hold volume down+power keys simultaneously 10-15 seconds. release , phone restart. after operation, may need set date , time on phone. process not remove on phone , safe perform in problem situation refresh device.
