Excel won't allow me to open a new spreadsheet or amend existing - Microsoft Community

excel isn't allowing me open new spreadsheet, or let me amend existing ones.

it claims not authorised account holder, neither of 2 email addresses recognised.

it allowed me change password, still did not recognise me recognised account holder.

hi andrew,

there can lot of factors issue. we'd know more concern, please answer questions below:

  • are using microsoft account login excel?
  • did encounter error message? if yes, please send screenshot.

we'll keep eye out response.
