Excel Macro cannot access a file on MAC. Works on Windows. - Microsoft Community

using macro developed windows running on mac.  files in same directory macro cannot open excel file in same directory.  checked , permissions allow read access. 

any appreciated.

found issue.  the macro uses activex not supported on mac.
