Excel Charts - Date Series not reflecting correctly on Graph - Microsoft Community

hello,

struggling excel graphs issue have not had before: have charted info dates on horizontal axis month end convention have been added in data horizontal axis data. chart axis not reflect dates in chart data - example, table used create graphs has month ends 30/09/2017; 31/10/2017; 30/11/2017; 31/12/2017 chart showing major multiples (12 month min , max used) of 01/01/2018; 01/01/2018 though using min , max of 30 septembers.

in graph, 5 columns year ended 30/09/2017 30/09/2017 , chart coming out 01/10/2017; 01/10/2018 etc.

how can fix this?
