cant seem access office 365. not recognizing email. have entered product key etc. still having issues.

you need use email address microsoft account used when first installed office.  if can open word document or other app click on file>account>left hand side, under information, there email address. if there should email address associate office account.



Office / Install, upgrade and activate / Windows 10 / Office 365 Home
