my issue exactly! have found if run webmail in ie, have feature not in edge or chrome.  don't want run ie because it's glitch feature such time saver when getting tons of emails each day. having open each 1 first ridiculous!

the message has opened first, but...

i have option 'save onenote" ie11, chrome , firefox. not have option more actions (3 dots) ?
