Windows Phone 7.x - Can't download apps - Error d000f001 - - Microsoft Community

i know wp7 dead, store wp7.x apps dead well.

can't download apps wp7.8 handsets - nokia lumia 800 , htc mozart.

tried reset of phone. tried different ms account. still same error code. 

please help.
