WIFI Connection Failure - Microsoft Community

hi..

i using lumia 535..last 2 days it's not connecting wifi. it's not showing available networks. had several try in option , failed. checked other setting , found ok. advise me pls.

we need additional information isolate concern connecting lumia 535 wi-fi network. please provide following:

  • which windows mobile operating system phone running on? include build version.
  • what error message have received after attempting connect phone wi-fi network?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
