Unusual charge. Request refund - Microsoft Community

hello, have been charged £59.99 ms.bill.info microsoft 36 in bank statement. don't use microsoft , have not bought microsoft. cancelled subscription microsoft on 1 year ago believe have been wrongly charged. please can help?

should contacting bank , reporting fraudulent charge. should take care of , issue new card.
