i've got support ticket seems have become stuck. technician told me press "call me back." button when available, never appeared, i've not gotten callback , i'm unable open second ticket.
how go getting contact me?

if so, i'd explain aware of issue , has been submitted our relevant team further investigation. suggest subscribe thread latest update of issue. let other community members information here, lock thread.
