Solver add-in keeps crashing Excel 2016 - Microsoft Community

hello,

i've been having same problems on asus laptop, , none of these solutions have fixed problem. had office 2007, switched 2016 using university's access , solver add-in crashes excel. 

i don't see available updates, i've done quick repair , online repair, , have yet find fix.

1. office version.

2. screenshot of error message.

3. check if issue occurs on files.

4. did set before issue occurred, click solver option?
