Publisher/Access advanced subscription mail merge/print - Microsoft Community


have 167 newsletters in separate publisher files need simple solution in order merge mailing addresses access or excel , print them automatically without having open , merge each document. need each contact advanced next newsletter automatically. each user can start @ different place , can receive newsletters in specified order (subscriptions not linear sequence since can request specific ones first). i've done simple mail merges , macro editing/scripting before i'm kinda scratching head start this. suggestions? use can get. prison ministry sends newsletters out bi-weekly.

in summary need:
1. contact database , advanced subscription management
2. automatic address merging , printing multiple publisher files according contact's next specified newsletter (or format if more convenient, pdf)
3. automatic advancement contact's next newsletter according custom requested order next time newsletters go out merge can run without having manually go through records
