top sites can found under settings option in edge , can choose if want open new tab list of frequent websites visited. can refer favorite websites.

regarding query, you’re able pin website using pin page start option can found in edge settings. let pin site one one whereas “top sites” can seen browser. having said that, since option unavailable of meantime pin actual websites under top sites, suggest submit feedback our feedback hub.
