when log in private adress can see notebooks. it‘s not outlook adress though. how can connect onedrive account other devices? i‘m logged in same studentaccount on devices.

we'd confirm information before troubleshooting.

 

1. private onedrive mentioned in post? kind of account have signed in, microsoft account(outlook.com or hotmail.com) or work or school account(onmicrosoft.com)?

 

2. have signed in onenote personal account? please provide screenshot of account in onenote.

 

3. please try clicking add service in onenote account connect service onenote. meanwhile, we'd know stored onenote, in personal onedrive or onedrive business.
