Get AT&T contacts to sync with outlook. - Microsoft Community

 i have lumina windows phone. outlook syncs 1/8 of contacts on phone.  in settings on phone says 

"hotmail error.... error code: 80072ee7"

this frustrating because every article says contacts in outlook or microsoftlive account because synced.  so if it's not syncing , need contacts?  this real flaw in windows phone.

one of reasons why you're getting due error internet connection during sync process. if you're using data connect internet, recommend use wi-fi more stable while sync contacts.
