Windows 10 Insider - Store app not downloading or updating - Microsoft Community

hi everyone

i have real challenge dell pro 5855:

store apps not download or update. i've had issue last 3 builds (currently 16251)

some of ms apps update skype, xbox, groove, onenote etc. other apps todoist, onedrive, aboards trello etc. not update or install.

when click 'resume download' icon, starts calculate download , commences @ low kb/s rate e.g. 33kb/s reduces 28; 23; 20; 18; 12 , errors out

i've tried fixes using wsreset; powershell install; deleting store app user in regedit , re-installing, no avail

the same thing happened while on sp3, sorted itself. thought wait build - installed 16251 morning same problem persists. tried 'fixes' again no solution

anyone got ideas??

thanks again responding.

i have tried on types of internet connections - public/private/slow/fast - no progress.

out of frustration, reluctantly reset device last night. working ok - time factor in setting again :(

but responding; appreciate efforts
