stickers button disappear in OneNote - Microsoft Community

when press stickers button in onenote app button disappears ! on other hand when press stickers button in onenote 2016 doesn't disappear , can pick sticker , insert successfully. i've tried downloading (class notebook add-in) , reinstalling it, didn't work :(

how can fix this?

press 3 dots (...) button on upper right corner>settings>trust center> enable locally relevant content =on=
