sim randomly goes to no service only fixes when I try to call - Microsoft Community

throughout day phone switch no service no phone calls, sms, e-mails.  way fix restart phone or try make call out.  after ending call "no service" service go normal.

phone up-to-date? if yes, there may problem sim card, try changing , see if problem persists.
