not accepting my account - Microsoft Community

micro soft not accepting microsoft account, microsoft activation failed, , not know product key, using microsoft account instead, , gamil id used ,microsoft not accepting

try signing in at: https://www.office.com/myaccount  need sign in email address , password microsoft account used when first setup office 2016.

in open document click on>file>account>under user information should see email address associated office 2016.



Office / Install, upgrade and activate / Windows 8 / Office 2016
