MS Office Professional 2013 Activation Issues on Reinstall - Microsoft Community

i purchased microsoft office professional 2013 couple years ago (2015) via microsoft certified online reseller. sent me installation id (9 groups of 7 numbers) , microsoft toll-free telephone activation number.  called , entered installation id , received product id (4 groups of 5 numbers/letters).

installed microsoft office 2013 pro on laptop microsoft website, entered product id , ms office validated.  worked last 2 years without issues , ms office showed microsoft account being logged in.  bought new hard drive , replaced , reinstalled microsoft office 2013 pro using same file won't take me product id.  tried validate using microsoft login , received message there no version of office associated account.
